From a first glance, Northside High School looks like any typical American high school. Its brick exterior does not distinguish it from the three other high schools in Middletown, U. S. A., but with a look BEYOND THE BRICKS, one can find the true spirit of Muncie’s youngest high school.

1978 was a year in which we proved we were a school with something extra. Our accomplishments in all endeavors made us a unique group of students. Looking beyond, one can find these accomplishments in a successful first Homecoming, a third girls’ state volleyball title, and many other things.

The outside of Northside may have have been ordinary, but what took place inside made it very special.
